Dawn Johnson shares sweet video of daughter interrupting his nap: "Hell, next year I'm going to bed"

On Thursday, the Black Adam star shared a video on Instagram of his 4-year-old daughter Tiana singing "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" to him - while he was trying to keep his eyes closed.

"Many of you know my pain (and joy)," Johnson began in the video's caption. "I tried to take a nap, but my sweetest tornado would come back every two minutes and sincerely ask me, 'Dad, how did you sleep?'"

Unfortunately, Johnson couldn't avoid her question.

"After I said for the 7th time, 'Daddy slept well, baby, thank you for checking on me.' …… She said 'I know what you need.' " …… She put the dog's toy to my mouth and serenaded me with 'Itsy Bitsy Spider,' and apparently he likes to stomp and walk on Daddy's face," he continued. "And then hits me with 'Goodnight Daddy, I love you.'"

He concluded, "We act angry, but secretly, we [the dads] never want this to end. Forget it, I'll sleep on it next year."

Johnson added the hashtags #GluttonForPunishment and #BringItOn.

The former wrestler, who is also the father of daughters Jasmine, 6, and Simone, 20, spoke with his father last November about raising his three daughters.

"I'm intentionally doing what I can to be a better father than my father was to me," he said at the time. "My father loved me with what he had, but we had a challenging, complicated relationship. So now with my daughters, especially my youngest, my goal is to be a good dad and be there. That means taking them to school every morning, picking them up, taking them to soccer, being that dad."

Last June, he shared a photo on Instagram of a Father's Day breakfast his young daughters prepared for him.

"I'm becoming more and more aware of how important these moments of care and kindness are," the actor wrote in the post. "Knowing that this comes naturally to my baby girls fills my Tyrannosaurus heart. These traits will take them far in life."
